Nosh, The Food Truck is on the move and feeding the appetites of Seattleites. Nosh operates TWO Food Trucks and are at a different location daily offering lunch from 11am-2pm, a regular fixture at The Fremont Sunday Market & Chucks Hop Shop & of course Fabulous Fish Friday at Westlake Park. The mission of Nosh is simple and straight forward. “It’s all about the food”.
The signature dish of Nosh is their British Fish & Chips, which is now voted by The Seattle Times & ZAGAT as the very best in Seattle. Fancy something different then try the “Seattle Fried Rabbit”. Confit rabbit, that's then be cooked to order and served with braised red cabbage with granny smith apples, potato frites and sea salt, this is bound to become a hometown favorite. Other Nosh menu items include a fabulous meatloaf sandwich, with roasted tomatoes and onions, served on a potato roll and a Caprese Baguette with house pulled mozzarella. This truck has become a local hot spot for Seattle lunchers.
